Yoga


As a yoga teacher I am dedicated to creating safe space for students to explore and connect to body, mind & spirit. My classes are energetic and lighthearted while I encourage students to tap into their own movement and thought patterns so that their yoga is as physically beneficial as it is emotionally and spiritually. My classes are informed by years of dance training, anatomy & kinesiology, alignment, yoga philosophy, subtle energy, Chinese medicine, massage therapy, bodywork, and Reiki.

I typically plan my classes around a specific chakra, element, season, yogic philosophy, etc. to bring in both physical and mental/emotional intention, then intuitively customize my classes for the people present in that moment while creating an environment that is inclusive for all body types, ages, and experience levels. I am hands-on (with permission of course) as I believe that safe, compassionate & intentional touch is imperative to our human experience - and it feels good! I also incorporate aromatherapy into my classes and educate about the powerful healing benefits of essential oils.

Private Lessons


Hanna finds great fulfillment working with private clients in unique settings. There are many different reasons students seek out private yoga lessons and she is happy to work with those individuals to provide a safe and accessible yoga experience. Whether just starting or restarting your practice, recovering from an injury, have a busy schedule that doesn’t line up with group class times, or are seeking specialized instruction to advance your practice, private lessons are for you!

Working one-on-one gives students hands on instruction that is catered to your personal needs and goals.

Hanna is happy to travel to your home, office, or other outdoor area within Summit County, CO. Each 75-minute session will be completely tailored to your needs and goals for that day. Some days that may look like guided breathing, meditation, and gentle stretches; other days we may work on strength building and mobility exercises; while some days can be more energizing working towards a peak pose or inversion - whatever you want to do!

I am happy to provide resources outlining what we accomplish in each session in the form of written notes, audio recording, photos, or videos.
